Return Policy (Final Sale)

At La Rose Fleur, every arrangement is handcrafted and made-to-order using fresh flowers. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

All floral products are FINAL SALE, including but not limited to:

  • Bouquets & vase arrangements

  • Designer’s choice arrangements

  • Custom orders

  • Wedding & event florals

  • Add-ons (cards, vases, chocolates, etc.)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • personal circumstances (breakup, travel, event cancellation, etc.)

  • preference in color, style, flower varieties, or design

  • recipient unavailability

Holiday & Peak Season Policy (Strictly Final Sale)

During peak floral holidays, all orders are strictly final sale and non-cancellable, including:

  • Valentine’s Day week

  • Mother’s Day week

  • Christmas & New Year season

  • Any major holiday promotion periods

No cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be accepted once the order is placed, even within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation (Non-Holiday Period Only)

Outside of holiday/peak seasons, cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase only, provided the order has not been processed, designed, or prepared.

  • A 5% third-party processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • This fee is non-refundable and covers payment processing charges (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

After 24 hours, all orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

After-Sales Support (Quality Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If there is a quality issue (such as damaged flowers upon arrival, severe wilting, or an incorrect item delivered), you must contact us within:

2 hours of pickup or delivery

Please provide clear photos so we can assess the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement (full or partial)

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund (case-by-case)

Important Notes

  • Flowers are natural products; variations in bloom size, stem length, and tone are normal.

  • Seasonal substitutions may occur to ensure the best overall design.

  • Minor differences between photos and the final product are expected due to the handmade nature of floral arrangements.
