    Deliveries run between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm, which is separate from shop hours.

  • Ordering Sympathy Flowers

    Please call. Sympathy arrangements almost always involve a deadline set by a funeral home rather than by you, and a phone call lets us confirm immediately whether we can meet it.

  • If Something Goes Wrong

    Call us. Exchanges and refunds are available within 24 hours of delivery, and after that we can usually offer an exchange from a limited selection.

    If an arrangement arrived damaged or did not arrive at all, tell us the same day if you can. Photographs help. We would rather fix it than have you decide not to order again.
