Why Four Hours Changes the Day
Two hours is a wedding that keeps moving. Four is a wedding that can breathe.
The difference shows in the parts people remember. Speeches that are not cut short. A proper sit-down meal rather than a rushed one. Time between courses to actually talk to the people who came. Photographs taken while there is still light, instead of squeezed between transitions.
The Dining Experience
Canapés on arrival, then a buffet dining experience for up to 50 guests, served with complete tableware — glassware, flatware, dinnerware, linens and napkins.
Nothing is rented in separately, which is why the table looks as though it was designed rather than assembled. Premium catering upgrades are available on request if you want a more elaborate menu.
Guest Numbers
Up to 50 guests for the ceremony and the reception standing. For a fully seated dinner the comfortable number is closer to 40, because a seated layout needs room between tables that a standing reception does not.
Tell us your number first and we will tell you honestly which layout works, including if the answer is that we are too small for your day.

Is This the Right Package?
It is, if you want a complete small wedding and would rather buy it once than assemble it from six suppliers.
It is not, if you are marrying with fewer than about twenty guests, or only want the ceremony — The Signature Ceremony from $1,498 plus tax fits better. The Garden Affair sits between the two at $3,888 plus tax.
What Sits Outside the Package
Your officiant and BC marriage licence are arranged separately. Alcohol is not included, so please ask us about what is permitted before you plan around it. Photography, videography and makeup are available as add-ons rather than being built in, so you are not paying for a photographer you may already have.
