How Two Hours Divides
Roughly: arrival and seating, the ceremony, photographs while the room is turned over, then the reception.
The turnover is the part couples do not anticipate, and it is the reason a coordinator is included rather than optional. Somebody has to move chairs, set tables and manage the transition, and it should not be your family in formal wear.
What Floral Styling Included Actually Means
The ceremony arch and décor styling are designed and installed by our own florists, because La Rose Venue is run by La Rose Fleur, a flower shop that happens to have a room.
That removes the coordination problem most couples hit, where a venue does not know what the florist is bringing and a florist is working to a room they have never seen. Here it is one team and one plan.
Catering
Canapés and non-alcoholic beverages are included for up to 50 guests.
Beyond that you can choose from our preferred catering partners or ask about bringing your own caterer. Both are workable, and the choice is genuinely yours.
Making It Yours
Custom floral designs, fresh flower upgrades, personalized décor, upgraded table styling and welcome signage can all be added. Please contact us for pricing, availability and customization.
The upgrade that changes the room most is fresh flowers on the reception tables. Guests spend the reception seated, looking at the table in front of them, so that is where the detail registers.
What Sits Outside the Package
You arrange your own officiant and BC marriage licence. Alcohol is not included — please ask us about what is permitted before planning around it. Photography, videography and makeup can be added on request.
Booking
Two-hour Saturday dates in peak season go earliest. Weekday and shoulder-season dates offer more choice and the same package.
The Other Packages
The Signature Ceremony is ceremony-only from $1,498 plus tax. La Vie en Rose extends to four hours with a full buffet reception from $7,888 plus tax.
